Ingredients

2 tablespoons VitalMaqui’s MaquiOrganic 100%
4 chicken breasts or thighs
½ cup olive oil
¼ cup balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
2 garlic cloves, minced

Directions

In a bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, MaquiOrganic 100%, honey, garlic, mustard, and paprika. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Place the chicken in a resealable bag and pour the marinade over the chicken. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours for a deeper flavor.
