These antioxidant-rich donuts blend the power of maqui berry and ashwagandha for a treat that’s both deliciousand soothing.
1 ripe banana
½ cup banana flour (or oat flour)
2 eggs
1 tbsp MaquiZen (VitalMaqui’s calming maqui + ashwagandha blend)
1 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp maple syrup or honey (optional)
Splash of almond milk (if needed for texture)
½ cup Greek yogurt
1 tsp MaquiZen
Your favourite toppings: granola, sliced fruit, cacao nibs, or coconut flakes
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a bowl, mash the banana and mix in the eggs until smooth.
Add banana flour, baking powder, and MaquiZen. Stir until well combined.
If the mix feels too thick, add a splash of almond milk.
Pour the batter into a greased donut mold and bake for 15–18 minutes.
Let them cool completely before removing from the mold.
Mix Greek yogurt with MaquiZen to create the frosting, then spread it over the donuts.
